Initial D is a manga by Shuichi Shigeno which has been serialized in Kodansha’s Young Magazine since 1995. It has been adapted into a long-running anime series by Pastel, Studio Gallop, and OP Planning, which premiered in Japan on Fuji TV and Animax, and a live action film by Avex and Media Asia. Both the manga and anime series were licensed for distribution in North America by Tokyopop.
The anime and manga focus on the world of illegal Japanese street racing, where all the action is concentrated in the mountain passes and never in cities nor urban areas, and the drift racing style is emphasized in particular. Keiichi Tsuchiya helps with editorial supervision. The story is centered around the Japanese prefecture of Gunma, more specifically on several mountains in the prefecture and in and their surrounding cities and towns. Although some of the names of the locations the characters race in have been fictionalized, all of the locations in the series are based on actual locations in Gunma Prefecture.
In the anime you could see a variety of japanese cars. Between them the emblem of the anime the TOYOTA SPRINTER TRUENOAE86, also known by “hachi roku” (hachi=8; roku=6), the rotative engine MAZDA FDRx7, the powerful and legendary GTR, and more.
So if you like the anime and the cars……..this is what you had been waiting…….a fusion of engines, noises of tire, speed and aime.

PUMP IT UP, more than a simple videogame.

nx.jpgPUMP IT UP or commonly abbreviated as PIU or shortened to just Pump, is a rhythm video game developed by Andamiro, a Korean coin-operated games producer. Players use their feet to step on arrows according to the music.

Each Pump It Up dance machine consists of a pad connected to the machine’s computer hardware. On the dance pad are 5 buttons: two red ones on the cornetorneo.jpgrs closest to the cabinet, two blue ones on the corners farthest from the cabinet, and a yellow one in the middle. On the screen of the machine itself, arrows corresponding to each of these buttons scroll towards the top of the screen, and the player steps on the buttons on the dance pad when the arrow corresponding to the direction on the pad aligns itself with a set of stationary arrows at the top of the screen (sometimes called “targets” or “receptors”).

Players receive a judgment for each step based on the accuracy of the step. Judgments include, from best to worst, Perfect, Great, Good, Bad and Miss. The size of these judgments vary from version to version, and sometimes depend on the difficulty of the machine set by the machine operator.

For many people, a simple videogame, the PUMP has became in a fun way to do exercise and keep the line.  Also we can add up to this the fellowship between the habitual players. We can say the PUMP is not a simple game where you sweat and move your feets, but we are talking about fellowship, organization and spirit of competition,  which are cultivated and fed by means of local, regional and world tournaments.

Many countries in the world already integrate the big community Pump on a global, scale between them the United States, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, etc. According to this, we can see that the PUMP is something organized and official.

So, if someday you want to change the routine and make some fun execise, just try it!!!
